Let Only
£720 inc VAT finder's fee
By choosing our Let Only package, an experienced landlord can avoid the hassle of finding a tenant and handling the tenancy paperwork. We will market the property on the major property portals, carry out accompanied viewings, fully reference tenants and put together the tenancy agreement. We can also carry out an inventory, organise legally required certificates (such as the gas safety certificate) and log the security deposit for additional fees.
Let Only & Rent Collection
£720 inc VAT finder's fee + £60 inc VAT monthly flat fee
Our Rent Collection package offers landlords everything our LetOnly package offers, but additionally we will handle the processing of rent and chasing rent arrears.
Managed
£540 inc VAT finder's fee + 8% plus VAT monthly management fee
Our value property management package is perfect for a landlord who wants a stress-free approach to letting.
Fee For Works Undertaken
Administration Fee (Managed Only)
Should the landlord require Fisks to find a tenant, an administration fee of £180 including VAT will apply in lieu of the Finder's Fee, to cover the referencing of tenants, drawing up of the tenancy agreement, organising the tenancy move in pack, carrying out the Right To Rent check, signing of documentation and registering of the security deposit. The monthly management fee will still apply.
Withdrawal Fee (Applies to all packages)
Should the landlord withdraw their instruction to let the property once a tenant has been found and passed referencing, they will be liable to pay Fisks Finder's Fee (£720 inc VAT for Let Only/Rent Collection; £540 inc VAT for Managed).
