If possible, arrange to be out when viewings are happening, as this will really help the viewer to visualize themselves in the property (a huge plus point when it comes to making a sale).

What you do will really depend on your budget and timescale, however, the more that you can do, then the greater chance you have of not only selling the property, but getting the right price for it too.
