James has over twenty years' experience in commerce. He spent nearly a decade in the City working within the executive search and recruitment industry. James started his career with Fisks Estate Agency in 2002 based in the Benfleet branch and opened the Canary Wharf and Docklands branch in 2004.  James has been a member of ARLA and the NAEA since 2007.


Lubna Bashir
Property Manager

Lubna has over seventeen years' industry experience. Lubna started her career in banking moving to the private rented sector in 2006. Lubna joined Fisks in 2008 and has been a member of ARLA since 2009.



Peter Smith
Property Consultant

Peter gained eight years' experience in the business services industry of which five years were at the level of supervisor before joining Fisk's in 2010. Peter is experienced in the Valuation, Sale and Let of Residential Property.


Martin Boylan
Property Consultant

Martin joined Fisks in 2014 as a Trainee Property Consultant. During his first month he soon proved his potential deftly negotiating a tenancy with an annual value of £36,400 on a prestigious Wapping river front property. Martin is an effective negotiator of lettings tenancy's and property sales.
